Flexible Design

Sostenuto's flexible Service Management facility enables consultants to model and implement different services; these could be for example, Incident Management, Contact Management, Project Management and Asset Management. The services are then presented as icons in a service bar at the top of the application screen.

When generating a service in Sostenuto, a consultant can define a wide range of parameters, including the fields and types of fields required for user transactions and how the information is presented on screen. Options include a choice of full screens or sizeable pop-up screens as well as the ability to define hyperlink based fields that invoke other applications such as Word or Powerpoint, within a separate web browser window.

Quite simply, Sostenuto gives you choices in terms of how you design an application, present it to users and deploy it. In terms of speed and ease of application design, Sostenuto simply eliminates the need for programming expertise.
