Sunrise was founded in 1994 and is a leading independent provider of IT Service Management solutions.

The customer base of Sunrise includes over 1,000 blue chip and public sector organisations, including names such as BBC Technology, Eidos, Onyx, United Utilities, Astrazeneca, The Local Government Association and Birmingham City Council.

Sunrise is widely recognised for excellent service. The company was ranked first for support in the last vendor report published by the Help Desk Institute.

Product innovation is key to Sunrise's long-term vision. This is the strategy behind the launch, 2003, of Sostenuto ITSM, a process driven, entirely browser based solution to complement Enterprise, Sunrise's well-established client-server offering.
