Mar 2004	New Win: Synergy Log-In wins order for end-to-end treasury solution at Bank of Ceylon, Colombo - Sri Lanka's largest bank.	Synlog recently signed an agreement to deploy the ITMS suite of products as an end-to-end treasury solution across the front-, middle- and back-office operations at Bank of Ceylon in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This implementation will cover all modules of ITMS including Derivatives and Risk Management. It will also cover several other associated products in Synergy Log-In's Treasury & Investment Management Suites like VarXpress, Mirror, IMS and i-Trade. i-Trade is a web-based platform to extend trading in debt, repos and FX to the Bank's branches as well as to retail and corporate end-customers.
Mar 2004	Event: Seminar on RTGS Readiness Solutions in Mumbai	Synlog conducted a seminar on RTGS Readiness Solutions in Mumbai in partnership with BankServ International. The seminar covered the steps to be taken by banks in India in order to prepare to fully exploit the new RTGS system expected to go live later this year. The role of a payment hub was also discussed in this connection. BankServ International has been earlier involved with RTGS Readiness Solutions elsewhere in the world. Over 50 persons from the Indian banking community attended the seminar.
